Reservations made are considered guaranteed for late arrivals unless
otherwise specified.

Cancellations at no extra charge are accepted 72 hours prior to scheduled
arrival date. When canceling, we request the client to make note of their
cancellation number given for reference if needed at a future date.

Should a guest fail to show or cancel his reservation, they will be
billed for the first night.

Corporate rates are not available during special events, i.e., Mardi
Gras, French Quarter Festival, Jazz Festival, Bayou Classic, Sugar Bowl, and all
Saints Home Games but we will work with you to book the best rate available for
that period of time.
