How to obtain products under the CDWG (formerly TRC) Contract
You may obtain products (licenses, software,
documentation) from CDWG in
several ways: Tulane University purchase order, P-card or
personal credit card.

Tulane University Purchase Order:
You may route your requisition using TAMS. Forward the requisition to the downtown
(medical school) purchasing department (*TMC,
PURCHASING). Once the purchase order is issued, CDWG will
issue a license order confirmation by e-mail to the
end user/license manager that's indicated on the Tulane
University purchase order. The purchase order and the
license order confirmation email from CDWG serve as your
proof of license.
