In order to receive your preferred rate callers must identify
their company affiliation at the time of making the reservation.

The
negotiated rates are not valid during special events (i.e. Super Bowl,
Sugar Bowl, Jazz Fest and Mardi Gras. This rate is offered for individual
travelers. For group requests of 10 or more rooms per night prevailing
group rates will apply based on availability.

All
reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or can be direct
billed to your company with advanced credit approval. Direct billing will
require that a credit application be approved prior to check-in. To avoid a
charge of one night's room and tax, to the guarantor's credit card or the
company, please cancel 72 hours prior to the day of arrival.
